Openoffice - Best Free Microsoft Office Clone OpenOffice 2.4, which is freeware, is a full procuctivity suite where you will find a spreadsheet (like Excel), a word processor (like Microsoft Word), a presentation program (like Powerpoint), a database program (like MS Access), and a vector drawing program suitable for, for example, drawing flowcharts.

OpenOffice.com is open source software, released under the LGPL license. It works transparently with a variety of file formats, including those of Microsoft Office (.DOC, .XLS, .PPT. etc). It is available in 27 languages.

OpenOffice is available on many platforms, including Windows, MacOS, Linux and Unix.
